Terms & house rules

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. It is your responsibility to know whether using this site is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not currently geo-block, which does not make participation lawful where it is prohibited.

Before your wager reaches the chain, the house publishes sha256(server seed) on chain and signs that commitment. It therefore cannot choose a seed after seeing your bet. At settlement the seed is revealed and the contract re-verifies it.

You can set your own client seed from the Provably Fair panel in any game, and every round records a nonce, so each outcome is bound to one specific round.

Guaranteed by the contract:

• Your stake is held by the casino vault, not by an operator wallet.
• The house key that settles rounds cannot move the bankroll and cannot withdraw funds; withdrawals are limited to real profit and require a separate key.
• Coinflip and Roulette recompute their result inside the contract, so the outcome cannot be chosen by us.
• Every game enforces a maximum-win multiple on chain.
• Every game has a player-callable refund that returns your full stake if we fail to settle within the published deadline. It needs no cooperation from us.

Requires trusting the operator:

• Seven of the nine games compute their payout on our server. The contract proves the seed commitment and enforces the cap; within that cap we state the payout.
• In Whackd, the contract cannot know which tiles you clicked — our server asserts them at settlement.
• Liveness. We see each outcome before we settle it. If we stop settling, the refund above bounds your loss to getting your stake back — but a multiplier you had built up would be lost.
• The random seeds are generated by us, not by a public randomness beacon.

Published RTP figures are measured against the engine that actually settles rounds, not a separate model. Current targets: slots and Rock-Paper-Scissors 96.5%, Roulette 97.30% (fixed by a single-zero wheel), Whackd and PumpIt 98% and 97%, Coinflip 99%. Blackjack depends on how you play — roughly 99.4% with basic strategy.

If a round does not settle, it becomes refundable after its published deadline (30 minutes by default). Open rounds appear in the recovery banner on the main page. Clearing your browser storage or switching device may mean recovering a round via a block explorer instead.

Gambling can be addictive. Only wager what you can afford to lose, and never wager to recover losses. If it stops being entertainment, stop playing. Support is available at BeGambleAware.

This software is provided as is. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet; we never ask for your seed phrase or private key and will never have custody of them.
